In a quick two weeks, the political conventions are behind us and candidates for offices from the nation’s highest on down to the state legislature have begun to campaign in earnest. This week, PBS Newshour correspondent Ray Suarez talks to former New Mexico governor Bill Richardson about the Hispanic vote and New Mexico’s driver’s license law. Martha Burk returns to talk about how voting women should look at Medicaid expansion, and John Nichols discusses his latest novel, “On Top of Spoon Mountain”.
