		<description>On “NM In Focus”, July 3, Margaret Montoya said,”…the poor, disenfranchised and unaccepted have changed the Constitution.”
The Consitution is not supposed to favor any demographic group It is disappointing to hear that distorted viewpoint coming from a UNM liberal professor of Constitutional Law. This gives proof that our universities are feeding progressivism to our young people.

On a brighter note, panel members Jim Scarantino and Whitney Cheshire provide clear and succint ideas and viewpoints.</description>
